About Me

Pamela first became interested in nutritional medicine after experiencing the benefits herself. For many years she had suffered a stress-related skin condition. A friend recommended nutritional medicine, and it cured her condition. Fascinated by the results …

…Pamela studied to become a fully qualified medical nutritionist, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nutritional Medicine.

As a specialist in heart, arterial health and weight management she went on to do postgraduate courses in;

• ‘Inflammation – a critical factor in chronic disease’,
• ‘Cardiovascular and heart disease’,
• ‘Cardiovascular Rejuvenation’,
• ‘Inflammation: The latent culprit of many diseases’
• ‘Weight loss’.

Pamela is a member of the British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy, and approved by the Nutritional Therapy Council and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.

A supporter of the British Heart Foundation and The Stroke Association, Pamela believes in the need to further the knowledge and understanding of vascular disease and to support those suffering from the condition.

Pamela’s goal is to create a personalised, realistic health programme for you …which doesn’t mean crash diets, restrictive diets, going hungry, or giving up those things you love …just simple, healthy, easy dietary changes.

And in the process, supporting and listening, helping you make positive steps to change your weight and health for life.

Pamela acts as an interpreter, helping to find out what lies at the root of your symptoms and puts in place actions to help you achieve optimum health.
